  • The Person County Board of Commissioners  and the City of Roxboro have utilized revolving loan programs in the past. The County Manager and/or City Manager are the administrative individuals for these two loans.

  • In addition, the Person County Board of Commissioners has recently recommended that all applications for revolving loans should be first directed to Kerr Tar Council of Governments as outlined here.

  • The City of Roxboro also offers incentives to qualified entities within the Uptown Development District.

We have all our industrial sites and key infrastructure components such as, water, sewer, and fiber technology all located on our confidential web-based GIS system. We are one of the first county economic development programs in the state of North Carolina that has our own online GIS website to save you an immense amount of time.

Workforce Development

Identification of work force development for your company is paramount to a successful location in Person County.
