The Person County Economic Development Commission is comprised of business and community leaders that touch every aspect of economic development including local government officials, workforce development professionals, small business owners and citizens.

Brandy Lynch
Interim Director
Brandy came onboard with Person County Economic Development in 2019, bringing years of experience in government and business management.
She provides support to the Person County Economic Development Office as well as serves the Economic Development Commission and the non-profit arm of Person County Economic Development, PCBIC, Inc.
Brandy's roles include data tracking and presentation, research and records and budget management .

Michael Thibault
Assistant Director
Michael Thibault (pronounced Tee- bo) joined the team in September 2021 as the Assistant Economic Development Director.
He brings to the department 25 years of experience in commercial lending, in addition to 8 years of small business ownership. Both his background and congenial nature make him a natural fit to support existing business and industry.
Michael represents the department with other partner organizations, such as the Uptown Roxboro Group, Roxboro Area Chamber of Commerce, Small Business & Technology Development Center and looks forward to sharing with others all the things that drew him and his family to Person County!
